Last fall we transitioned to DEAR because we did not have a proper solution for our inventory management. There are NOT enough stars to give to Matt! I started working with him in December 2020. I has started with the company a couple of months prior. When I started working with HeatTrak, NOBODY knew how to use Dear and it showed!! Matt's initially response was to start it over. The owner of the company didn't want to. NOTHING was correct or integrating correctly in our QuickBooks. It took a while, but Matt NEVER gave up on me. Now our inventory is correct and so are the financial statements.
