Ron provided us with great assistant on a highly accelerated timeline - live in <2 week. He was readily available via phone and email, providing prompt clarification through any issues that we encountered. In addition to the normal on-boarding process his colleague Chris provided us with an excel spreadsheet connected to the Cin7 API that allows us to monitor BOM factors crucial to our manufacturing department that are normally obscured or unavailable through the Cin7 interface.
