We moved over to Cin7 around 9 months ago having been with the same software provider for almost 20 years. Cin7 introduced us to a couple of their partners and Kounteq were one of them. From the very beginning, Manzer offered to come and meet with us, so that he could spend time in our organisation to really understand our requirements. I haven't had a good experience with CIN7, and Kounteq (Manzer) is trying to sort out the mess. CIN7 did not take the time to understand our business needs during set up , Manzer has really spent the time and has tried to tailor CIN7 to our business. He is still working with CIN7 to try and fix bugs, and set up reports correctly. I would highly recommend Manzer to help you with set up!
