Dilmah New Zealand Limited (New Zealand's number one tea brand) has undergone significant change management projects over the recent 6-9 months. We needed systems that allowed us to automate workflows from all sales channels by capturing then tracking orders through to fulfilment by our 3PL provider then providing automated invoicing to our largest customers. We relied on the experience of the team at WorkSmart to help us implement and integrate Dear. We could not be happier with the outcome!

As a growing eCommerce business (operating on Shopify/DEAR/Xero) we've previously used other DEAR partners when we had issues, but projects always seemed to drag out. When we changed our company structure last year we needed to migrate all of our operations to a new DEAR account. WorkSmart managed this for us with a seamless transition at short notice, and were readily available to help solve any follow up issues. We will happily use them again for any inventory/software projects.

Our Company is in the FMCG industry with distribution rights for brands such as SunMaid and Lupi olive oil, our main markets being large supermarket chains. Following a review of our legacy systems we approached WorkSmart to recommend new integrated systems and to implement these on our behalf. WorkSmart recommended Dear and Xero.
