We were attracted to Cin7 for it's capability, cost, and low commitment. The product itself is very capable but the implementation services seemed to be designed more for companies that were changing ERPs and not building one from the ground up. Months after our implementation, the system was not functional and poorly integrated with other systems like Shopify, FBA, Amazon Seller, and QBO. The folks at 9 Yards were able to quickly assess and diagnose so many issues and help us resolve them.

Raising a ticket for cin7 support can take weeks to get a responce, if you are like me you need answers and solutions right away as often they are business critical processes or errors that need addressing. Paul is an absolute gun and has a comprehensive understanding of Cin7 and the common pitfalls, always able to find a solution in a timely mannaer and provide training or direction where needed, I wish we had on-boarded with 9 Yards as we would have avoided a number of common set-up mistakes.
