We engaged a supposed Cin 7 "Partner" to fully integrate us with our Australia and US 3PLs. After twelve months of incompetence plus paying subscription fees, we were still unable to integrate. Cin7 was 100% useless to us. We reached out to Paul from Nine Yards in sheer desperation. Within weeks, Paul escalated our integration plus facilitated our integration to ensure the project ran smoothly. Nine Yards are transparent, sympathetic, and very professional.
