When we first started talking, it wasn’t just “here’s what Cin7 does and why you should use it and we’ll install it for you” — instead, they understood the business and the challenges it faced, and they could pinpoint why Cin7 was the best solution.

Jeff and the team are incredibly enthusiastic about moving customers to a better place. He’s seen the future and wants everyone to get there - and SMB will never take you down a route that isn’t suitable for your business. It’s clear that they know what they’re talking about, and have got the systems and processes in place to ensure that you do it right. There’s feedback, reviews, everything you’d hope, but it’s all in the context of a business helping business.

SMB Consultants has been right by our side throughout our entire Cin7 onboarding and now maintenance/refining process. Nothing has been too hard and their service is always extremely efficient and personalised to our business requirements and customisation. Working with SMB was for me so critical because at the very least you need a sounding board. I would not have trusted myself because even though I've done it before. So to have guys like Jeff and Deepak that you could, who would ask good questions and guide us and mentor, but also just be a sounding board when you're going through a pretty big, scary project like this. We have worked with SMB Consultants on two projects. The most recent being an upgrade of our existing sales system to CIN7 incorporating an upgrade to our website. We spent considerable time working with SMB to ensure we chose the right system and to ensure we would achieve the outcomes we were looking for.
